To be frank we know we have a long way to go when it comes to having a diverse team. The lack of representation of diversity within our industry isn’t something that can be fixed overnight. It requires institutional change through education, hiring, culture and all other aspects of life. Despite that we recognize our responsibility to make a difference in diversity, inclusion and representation.
We believe it’s our duty to take deliberate steps towards creating and maintaining a more inclusive space for everyone to have equal opportunities and a safe and enjoyable place to work.
