“We’re proud to introduce the new Yummygum brand to the world.” That’s verbatim what I confidently said almost exactly three years ago, as we geared up for a new chapter; a big team with smaller dedicated sub-teams that could share knowledge and build on each other’s work. It felt like we had it all figured out—who we were and what the market needed: a bold, powerful all-round agency. And our newly introduced brand identity reflected just that balance, showing our growing team and ambitions while still being approachable. What we didn’t know back then… was that it was ‘just a phase.’ Today we’re introducing the new Yummygum, or basically the old-new Yummygum. Allow me to explain.
So, we started digging into what truly makes us, us: the pretty pixels we’re known for, the highly usable interfaces, the clean, future-proof code. Simply put, making amazing things. That’s when our journey to rediscover our core began.
Our team got smaller in size but grew massively in knowledge and experience. We found we thrived best when working as one unit instead of separate sub-teams. That shift within our team turned out to align perfectly with tech scale-ups needs.
Besides the change in approach, we’ve found a renewed drive in helping tech scale-ups that want to grow but are being held back by things like; an outdated look-and-feel, technical debt, a lack of expertise or in-house teams that are stretched too thin.
Working together, helping them get ahead and stay ahead by handing off both deliverables AND expertise. That’s what gets our engines running.
Today, I’m thrilled to present the new Yummygum. The same joyful, bubbly people. The same drive for excellence and synergy, both internally and with our clients, helping scale-ups take their platforms from good to wow.
